Established 10 Low Cost Counselling Clinics in community locations with organisations including: The Wayside Chapel, Matthew Talbot, Father Chris Riley's - Youth of the Streets, The Gay and Lesbian Counselling Service, Royal Ryde Rehabilitation Centre and The Exodus Foundation. Collectively these clinics provide over 30 hours of pro bono counselling a week to people in the community.

Increased advertising sales of the 'South Sydney Herald' (a community newspaper) from $500 per month to $4000 per month in a 12-month period. Facilitated the introduction of a new design and layout and encouraged and mentored the Editorial committee in growing the circulation from 11,000 to 17,000.

Jointly set up and established three successful businesses: Dobson's Printing Service; Environmetrics Pty Ltd (market research) and Bin Aroma Pty Ltd (wheelie bin cleaning).

Effectively managed, mentored and coached the marketing team at the Australian College of Applied Psychology. The team achieved record results with a 45% increase in student enrolments on the same period the previous year, and a 20% increase on best previous result.

Coached and mentored over 200 businesses in a three-year period.
